Mr. Carver has over twenty-five years of Civil, Infrastructure, and Transportation Engineering experience. His Engineering Design experience has included projects of various sizes, including project management, road design, drainage, aviation, storm water facilities, and water and sewer systems. Infrastructure Designs have included water and sewer distribution, sewer outfalls and pumping stations. Construction Phase Services have included bid preparation and project manuals, bid evaluations and site observations.

Kenneth G. Ussery, P. E., Vice President

Mr. Ussery has over fifteen years of Architectural and Civil Engineering Design and Construction experience in many areas that include office, retail, commercial, industrial and institutional, and residential developments. Responsibilities include department and project management, design engineering, construction consultation, client relations and permit coordination with local and state governing agencies. Infrastructure design and engineering include water, sewer, storm water management and coordination of all utilities. Construction consultation experience includes the preparation of project manuals, specifications and contract administration, as well as, monitoring projects during construction and approving contractor pay request applications.
